PRE-ARMORING PHASE

Neptune Auto, in collaboration with GTI, ensures top-tier armored vehicles with maximum protection and performance. The process starts with precise engineering using advanced 3D software. Once designed, components undergo precision laser cutting, using only certified materials tested by independent labs and our experts. The vehicle is then stripped to its bare frame, with all OEM parts inspected and organized. This meticulous approach guarantees reliability and security in every armored vehicle we produce.

ARMORING PROCESS

The armoring process begins with installing armor plates or lightweight composites on the roof, floor, side walls, and rear section. To ensure full coverage, Neptune Auto, in collaboration with GTI, integrates advanced overlap systems in all openings and gaps between the doors and frame. The suspension and braking systems are reinforced to support the added weight. Critical components like the battery, fuse box, and ECM receive additional protection. Finally, the vehicle is equipped with high-performance run-flat tires for enhanced safety and reliability.

Quality Assurance & Deployment

After the armoring process is complete, the vehicle’s interior is finished with high-quality materials such as plastic, wood, or leather, based on the customer’s preferences. Our skilled technicians focus on every detail to ensure a refined and flawless final product. At this stage, additional features like sirens, dual door locks, and spotlights can be installed upon request. Once reassembled, the vehicle undergoes a rigorous quality control process, where a specialized team thoroughly inspects it to confirm that it meets all armoring standards, performance requirements, and craftsmanship expectations.
